Does “too busy” Really Mean “it’s not that important”?

If you’re like me, “I’m too busy” is a regular part of your vocabulary.  There’s so many things I want to do, but it seems like I just don’t have the time.  No matter how hard I try, I just can’t seem to find enough time to do some of the things which i consider very important…or can I?

Is it that I’m really too busy, or is it that it’s not important enough?  Think about that for a minute.  If you really think it’s important to find an hour a day for physical exercise or an hour for self-development, do you think you can find an extra hour each day to get it done? Continue reading
